Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions form a contract between The Champagne Pour (“the Supplier”, “we”, “us”) and the Client (“you”). By booking our services, you agree to the following:
Service Provided
The Champagne Pour provides the setup and presentation of champagne towers, which may include:
Tower construction
Drip tray
Display stand
Styling and décor elements (where applicable)
On-hand assistance during the agreed service period
Safe dismantling and glassware management
The agreed date, time, location, and service details will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Client Responsibilities
The Client must:
Obtain all necessary venue permissions, including approval for glassware and alcohol service
Ensure a suitable space and stable surface for the champagne tower
Follow all safety instructions provided by our team, including who is permitted to pour champagne
If a booking is made without venue approval and is later cancelled due to refusal, cancellation fees will still apply.
Access & Setup Requirements
The Client must ensure that access to the venue is available a minimum of 60 minutes prior to the agreed pour time to allow for safe and professional setup.
If access is delayed or restricted, The Champagne Pour cannot guarantee completion of setup by the agreed service time.
Where setup is required more than 1 hour prior to the agreed pour time, extended attendance will be charged at £20 per hour to cover additional staffing and service time.
Our Responsibilities
The Champagne Pour will:
Professionally set up and dismantle the champagne tower
Ensure the tower is clean, stable, and presented to a high standard
Follow safety protocols and refuse unsafe setup areas
Provide up to 2 hours of service, commencing from the agreed pour time
Supervise the tower area to support safe guest interaction
We reserve the right to refuse setup or dismantle the tower if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Bookings, Payments & Fees
A £100 deposit is required to secure your date. This is held as a cautionary damage fee and will be returned within 24 hours after your event, provided all items are returned in full and in good condition, with no loss or damage.
Should any loss, damage, or missing items occur, the deposit may be used to cover the cost of repair or replacement. Any costs exceeding the deposit amount will remain the responsibility of the Client.
The remaining balance is due 28 days prior to the event. Bookings made within 28 days require full payment at the time of booking.
Additional extras will be invoiced separately.
Late payments may incur a £25 administration fee unless agreed in writing.
Cancellation Policy
More than 28 days’ notice: £50 cancellation fee
13–28 days’ notice: 80% of the total invoice payable
6 days or less: 100% of the total invoice payable
Date changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Delays & Waiting Time
If The Champagne Pour team is required to remain on-site due to delays outside of our control (including but not limited to delayed access, schedule overruns, or changes to the agreed pour time), waiting time will be charged at £20 per hour.
This will be calculated from the original agreed service time.
Where delays exceed a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to adjust service delivery or withdraw service without liability.
Alcohol Provision
The Client is responsible for:
Supplying all required alcohol
Ensuring sufficient quantities to fill the tower
Obtaining any necessary venue permissions
The Supplier does not provide alcohol.
Supplier Liability
The Champagne Pour is not liable for:
Damage caused by guests or venue staff
Venue restrictions, delays, or access limitations
Environmental factors outside of our control
Injuries resulting from improper use or guest interaction with the champagne tower
We hold Public Liability Insurance.
Force Majeure
If services cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to fire, flood, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events), all monies paid will be refunded within 14 days.
Website Use
All website content, including images, branding, text, and pricing, remains the property of The Champagne Pour. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
